1 to 1 Support

We know that asking for support can be one of the hardest things to do, so we will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and safe. You can read what other young people have said about us here..

What is One to One support?

One to one (Turn Around) support gives young people the chance to meet a worker in their community or in their schools and talk privately about how to cope with difficult feelings and work towards goals that they set.

Help with difficult situations...

One to one support can help you deal with difficult situations in your life or difficult things that have happened in the past. If you are having trouble at school, difficulty with drugs or drink or you feel very angry, sad or lonely, taking part in Turn Around can help you to make changes (or to cope with things that you can’t change).

How can I get one to one Support?

You can ask any worker to refer you, or you can refer yourself, just fill in the form and email it back to us.
